Return Policy

We want you to love your NISHAT bags. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free

1.Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on bags), and in their original packaging.

2.Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.

Refunds

All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping  for orders over $200. 

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 1pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by NISHAT TRADING LIMITED.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your bags arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $17.60.
